Starting Monday, 11/24, Season Tickets will be available for purchase on Next’s Tock page.

1. Log in to Tock and navigate to the Season Ticket experience on Next’s page.

1. Select the number of guests - 2, 4, or 6.

2. Book your Japan experience. Select the date and time you’d like to dine, and pre-purchase beverage pairings (optional).

3. Reserve a Fri/Sat or Wed/Thu/Sun dining package for the Wall Street 1987 and Fashion menus. No dining date will be selected at this time.

4. An invitation to book will be sent a month before those menus.

5. Complete pre-payment for all three menus to secure your 2026 Season Ticket.

Later: Reserve your Wall Street 1987 and Fashion experiences

You will receive an instruction email to book your Wall Street 1987 and Fashion experiences one month before each menu begins, prior to the general public.

Your pre-payment will apply in full as long as you use the same email address under your season ticket purchase. Please ensure that you book using a reliable email address linked to an existing Tock account, and avoid using Apple’s “Hide My Email” feature, as this can prevent your reservation from properly syncing with your Season Ticket benefits. You will only owe an additional balance if you choose to add on beverage pairings, increase your party size, or upgrade a Wed/Thu/Sun package to a Fri/Sat package. No refunds will be given for downgrades.

Wine and non-alcoholic beverage pairings will be offered for all three menus. They can be pre-purchased on Tock or upon arrival, in addition to a full wine list. Note: all guests partaking in the wine program must enjoy the same level of wine pairing.

If pre-purchasing a beverage pairing on Tock, all guests must select the same pairing unless combining a wine pairing with a non-alcoholic pairing. If your party prefers different pairing types, or if not everyone wishes to opt in, please plan to purchase pairings on site.

To reschedule your Japan reservation or add/remove beverage pairings, please email us at least 72 hours before your reservation date.

To change your season ticket party size or adjust your Wall Street 1987 or Fashion package selection, please email us by December 31, 2025.

All season ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, you can transfer your entire season ticket, or tickets to individual menus, to another guest via Tock or by emailing us at hospitality+2026@nextrestaurant.com

We generally cannot accommodate dietary restrictions for the first 3 weeks of a new menu. For Japan, we hope to accommodate standard dietary restrictions starting February 11th.

After the first three weeks, we are typically able to make accommodations for the below common dietary restrictions with at least 72 hours' advance notice. This list is subject to change as Chef Achatz finalizes each menu.

• Pescatarian

• No red meat/no pork

• No seafood

• Ovo-lacto vegetarian

• No raw alcohol (vinegar and alcohol cooked off in prep must be OK)

• No tree nuts/no peanuts

• Pregnancy restrictions

• Gluten

Note, we are usually NOT able to omit:

• Egg

• Dairy

• Gelatin

We do our best to accommodate mild allergies, but can not guarantee that we work in a nut, dairy, gluten, or allergen-free environment given the complexity of our kitchens and menus. There are no precautions we can take to ensure that every food item has been handled in an allergen-free environment by our purveyors during the packing and distribution process. For this reason, please note that we are not able to accommodate guests where cross-contamination can trigger a reaction.

• Wall Street 1987 - May 2 - August 30, 2026

• Fashion - September 5, 2026 - January 10, 2027

Blackout dates for Valentine’s Day week and New Year’s Eve will apply.
