What is the current menu and how long are you serving it?
The current menu is Tapas. The menu runs until Sunday, September 6th 2015.

What about allergies or other restrictions?
For the Tapas menu we are able to accommodate expecting mothers who request their meal to not include any raw or rare proteins. We are unable to accommodate any other allergies or dietary restrictions or make any substitutions for the Tapas menu.

What are wine or beverage pairings?
The beverage pairings for the Tapas menu draw inspiration from Spanish libations. Our wines focus mainly on traditional regions with an affinity for producers whose focus and methods parallel our own.

Why tickets instead of reservations?
Unlike an a la carte restaurant with many walk-in customers and dozens of menu items, Next is creating a truly unique dining experience and doing so at an amazing price. By eliminating no-shows, requiring pre-payment, and varying the price by time and day we are able to create a predictable and steady flow of patrons allowing us to offer a great deal more than would otherwise be possible at these prices.

What does the ticket include?
Your ticket is inclusive of all food and any beverages you select. Please arrive within 20 minutes of your ticket time or we may be unable to serve you.

Why is a service charge added?
Since we are not billing our patrons at the time of the dinner we are adding a 20% service charge at the time of purchase.

Can I get a refund once purchased? Can I exchange my ticket for a different night?
No. Just like a sporting event, concert, or theater ticket all sales are final.

I can't make my reservation. Can you sell my ticket as one of your Same Night Tables on Facebook?
No. You are welcome to post your tickets on our Facebook page, where many guests look to buy, sell, or trade their tickets. All resales are the responsibility of the ticket purchaser.

Can I give my ticket away or sell it?
Yes. The ticket is completely transferable. However, selling tickets for greater than face value may be illegal in your area. Anyone who purchases a ticket from another patron should take care to be sure that the beverage pairing options are as claimed by requesting both an email confirmation from us as well as a printed ticket from the seller. Any tickets purchased on the secondary market are at the purchaser's risk. We will not be held responsible for forgeries or misrepresentations. Tickets are transferable, but we strongly encourage anyone considering buying tickets to Next from any other source to refrain from doing so without confirmation from us.

With nearly 20,000 people eager to buy tickets, we recognize that some people may try to resell tickets. Therefore we have capped sales for every user at 3 tables. Anyone purporting to have more tickets to sell is likely unscrupulous.

Can I make a reservation for a single diner or a party of three or five?
When you purchase a ticket to Next, you are actually purchasing a table, which is why we typically do not offer single tickets or tickets in odd numbers. We do sometimes make exceptions for our Same Night Tables which are posted on Facebook and Twitter.

Can I add or change beverage pairings when I dine?
Yes. We are happy to add or upgrade beverage pairings for you when you dine, however we do not allow for refunds for pairing downgrades.

What is your dress code?
Our dress code is smart casual; jackets are not required for gentlemen and jeans are acceptable.

I have a party of 7 or more, how can I buy a ticket?
For parties of 7 or more, you may purchase tickets for the The Room. The Room seats up to ten guests at a time and offers the current Next menu with Reserve pairings. To reserve The Room, purchase tickets for "Private Dining Room", or email us at theroom@nextrestaurant.com.

Do you take walk-ins?
No. But we hold a table or two most nights and sell them on our Facebook page
