What is the current menu and how long are you serving it?
The current menu is Chicago Steak. The menu runs until the end of April 2014.

What about allergies or other restrictions?
For the Chicago Steak menu, we are able to accommodate those with pork and nut allergies and/or dietary restrictions. We are also able to accommodate expecting mothers who request their meal to not involve any raw or rare proteins. We are unable to accommodate any other allergies or dietary restrictions for the Chicago Steak menu. We are unable to make any other substitutions for ingredients other than pork or nuts or change any courses.

What are wine or beverage pairings?
Standard pairings are a mix of cocktails, spirits, and wine. Reserve pairings are predominately vintage and rare wines focusing on small niche producers in classical regions. Our non-alcoholic pairings are blended daily from fresh fruits, vegetables, teas, and other non-alcoholic ingredients.

Why tickets instead of reservations?
Unlike an a la carte restaurant with many walk-in customers and dozens of menu items, Next is creating a truly unique dining experience and doing so at an amazing price. By eliminating no-shows, requiring pre-payment, and varying the price by time and day we are able to create a predictable and steady flow of patrons allowing us to offer a great deal more than would otherwise be possible at these prices.

What does the ticket include?
Your ticket is inclusive of all food and any beverages you select. Please arrive within 15 minutes of your ticket time or we may be unable to serve you.

Why is a service charge added?
Since we are not billing our patrons at the time of the dinner we are adding a 20% service charge at the time of purchase.

Can I get a refund once purchased? Can I exchange my ticket for a different night?
No. Just like a sporting event, concert, or theater ticket all sales are final.

I can't make my reservation. Can you sell my ticket as one of your Same Night Tables on Facebook?
No. You are welcome to post your tickets on our Facebook page, where many guests look to buy, sell, or trade their tickets. All resales are the responsibility of the ticket purchaser.

Can I give my ticket away or sell it?
Yes. The ticket is completely transferable. However, selling tickets for greater than face value may be illegal in your area. Anyone who purchases a ticket from another patron should take care to be sure that the beverage pairing options are as claimed by requesting both an email confirmation from us as well as a printed ticket from the seller. Any tickets purchased on the secondary market are at the purchaser's risk. We will not be held responsible for forgeries or misrepresentations. I have a party of 7 or more, how can I buy a ticket?
For parties of 7 or more, you may reserve The Room at Next. The Room seats up to ten guests at a time and offers the current Next menu with Reserve pairings for a flat fee. To reserve The Room, email us at theroom@nextrestaurant.com.

For the main dining room at Next, you cannot buy tickets for more than 6 people. Next is a small restaurant and the menus are intricate. We have limited seating choices in order to provide the best possible experience.

Do you take walk-ins?
No. But we hold a table or two most nights and sell them on our Facebook page.
